Mrs. Doris M. DeSante

Mrs. Doris M. (Harvey) DeSante, 88, of Muhlenberg Township, died Monday (December 15) in ManorCare Health Services, Muhlenberg Township. She was the widow of Joseph John DeSante.

Born in Coaldale, she was a daughter of the late John F. and Annie May (Slack) Harvey.

She was a 1938 graduate of the former Coaldale High School.

Surviving are two daughters, Donna M., wife of Joseph H. Etzel of Penn Township, and Karen M., wife of George A. Kielman of Silver Spring, Md.; a son, Joseph J., and his wife, Erin B. (Brophy), of Muhlenberg Township; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The Walter R. Christ Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale, is in charge of the arrangements.
