Timko Warcholak
Timko Warcholak, 83, of New Cumberland, Cumberland County, died Wednesday evening, Sept. 6, in the Hershey Medical Center. He was the husband of Joyce (Hill) Warcholak.
He retired as general foreman of the building and grounds branch at the former New Cumberland Army Depot.
Born in Lansford, he was a son of the late Roman and Teresa Warcholak.
He was a 1941 graduate of the former Coaldale High School and served in the Navy during World War II.
Surviving in addition to his widow are a son, Thomas of Aspers, Adam County; two daughters, Sandra Fowler of Harrisburg and Joan Andrews of Westport, Conn.; two brothers, Paul of Coaldale and John of Allentown; a sister, Mary of Baton Rouge, La.; seven granddaughters and three stepchildren.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Dorthory; and three brothers, Alexander, Dimitry and Michael.
His funeral service was held on Monday in Trinity Methodist Church, New Cumberland.
