DAVIS - Darwin "Trigger", 76, of Yucaipa, CA (formerly of Washington, NJ),

died Sunday, September 8, 2002 at home.

He was born December 5, 1925 in Coaldale, PA. He was a son of the late

Rudolph & Mary Ann Jenkins Davis.

He and his wife, the former Betty Jane Hartranft, celebrated their 50th

wedding anniversary on January 18, 2002. He worked for M&M Mars Co. in

Hackettstown for 27 years, retiring in December, 1987.

He was a life-long member of the Loyal Order of the Moose and B.P.O.E. He

played on the M&M's men's softball league, a men's shuffleboard league and

was an avid dart player.

He is survived by his wife; three daughters, Marlene Goldsboro Yucaipa, CA;

Mary Ann Perry of Washington, NJ and Sharon Kay Horvath of Stewartsville,

NJ; two sisters, Margaret Smith of Quinton, VA and Freida Fezza of Passaic,

NJ. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A

brother, Dan, and sister, Marlene, died earlier.

Funeral arrangements will be private, at the convenience of the family.
