November 18, 2002 Michael Domin, 60, of 1004 Pine Grove Drive, Alpharetta, Ga., died Monday in the University of Washington Medical Center, Seattle, Wash. He was the husband of Debra (Forrest) Domin, PHD. Born in Coaldale, he was a son of Olga (Polica) Domin of Coaldale and the late John M. Domin. He was a research scientist for Kimberly Clark Corp., Roswell, Ga. He was a 1960 graduate of the former Coaldale High School, and graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He was of the Catholic faith. Surviving with his widow is a daughter, Denise Mika of Tamaqua; three sons, Kevin, of Womalsdorf; and Michael and Scott, both of Chicago, Ill.; two brothers, Richard, of Hazleton, and John of Albrightsville; a sister, Sandra, wife of John Smell of Coaldale, and several nieces and nephews. Also surviving are six grandchildren. The August M. Gulla Funeral Home, Coaldale, is in charge of arrangements. |
