Mrs. Helen Fratacelli, 86, of Wilmington, Del., died on Feb. 23. She was the widow of Almando Fratacelli.

Born in Coaldale, she was a daughter of the late Stephen and Eva (Kabelus) Slivka.

She was a 1942 graduate of the former Coaldale High School.

Surviving are three daughters, a son, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by four sisters, Anna Rabada, Mary Blanco, Frances Soley and Eva Yarr; and three brothers, John, William and Michael Slivka.
