Mrs. Margaret Ditsky, 97, of 330½ E. Abbott St., Lansford, died today in St. Luke's Miners' Memorial Hospital, Coaldale. She was the widow of Martin Ditsky, who died in 1978.

Prior to retiring, she had been employed as a bookkeeper at the former Pace Children's Wear, Lansford. Previously, she had been employed at J.C. Brights and Jack L. Hoenig, both of Lansford; and the Quartermaster Depots in Philadelphia and Harrisburg.

Born in Coaldale, she was a daughter of the late George and Barbara (Slavkovsky) Pisanick.

She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, Lansford, and graduated from the former Coaldale High School.

Surviving are two sons, Martin, at home, and Michael, of York; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by five brothers: Steve, Joseph, Daniel, John and Frank.

The August M. Gulla Funeral Home, 130 E. Ridge St., Coaldale, is in charge of arrangements.
