Miss Olga Briska

Miss Olga Briska, 92, formerly of 101 E. Ridge St., Coaldale, died Sunday (April 1) in the Geriatric Center at St. Luke's Miners Memorial Hospital, Coaldale.

Prior to retiring, she had been employed as a waitress at Schraft's Restaurant in New York City, N.Y.

Born in Coaldale, she was a daughter of the late Gregory and Johanna (Ozefovich) Briska.

She was a life long member of SS. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church, Coaldale.

She attended the former Coaldale schools.

The last immediate member of her family, she is survived by cousins.

She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Anna, Jennie and Steffie; and two brothers, Joseph and Phillip.

The Holmes-Griffiths Funeral Home, 200 E. Bertsch St., Lansford, is in charge of arrangements.
